Jeho c\u00edlem je vytvo\u0159it ve \u0161kole bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a spolupracuj\u00edc\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde respektujeme osobnost \u017e\u00e1ka a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme mu vhodn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky pro dal\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Pl\u00e1n proti \u0161ikan\u011b (d\u00e1le jen PP\u0160) se zam\u011b\u0159uje na specifickou prim\u00e1rn\u00ed a sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed prevenci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<strong>A. ZMAPOV\u00c1N\u00cd SITUACE A MOTIVACE PEDAGOG\u016e PRO ZM\u011aNU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161e \u0161kola vznikla slou\u010den\u00edm dvou z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol v&nbsp;roce 2005. Vzhledem k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee slou\u010den\u00ed \u0161kol prob\u00edhalo postupn\u011b, obe\u0161la se situace bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f jak ze strany \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, tak ze strany pedagogick\u00e9ho sboru. Po\u010det \u017e\u00e1k\u016f \u0161koly je pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 400. Jsme \u0161kolou v&nbsp;centru m\u011bsta, kter\u00e1 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1 pom\u011brn\u011b nesourodou skupinu d\u011bt\u00ed, do kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed i d\u011bti z&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstsk\u00fdch oblast\u00ed a p\u0159ilehl\u00fdch obc\u00ed. Jsou zde zastoupeny i r\u016fzn\u00e9 minoritn\u00ed skupiny d\u011bt\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1ci se soci\u00e1ln\u00edm znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00edm a \u017e\u00e1ci s&nbsp;poruchami u\u010den\u00ed a chov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u0160kola v\u0161ak vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1 mnoho \u017e\u00e1k\u016f nadan\u00fdch a talentovan\u00fdch, a to nejen ve sportovn\u00edch t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch, ale i ve t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch s&nbsp;roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou v\u00fdukou jazyk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;P\u0159esto\u017ee jsme se v\u017edy sna\u017eili o individu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1k\u016fm, o funguj\u00edc\u00ed prevenci ve v\u00fduce i mimo ni, nevyhnuli jsme se n\u011bkter\u00fdm projev\u016fm rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Proto jsme uv\u00edtali mo\u017enost zapojit se do projektu Minimalizace \u0161ikany. Tento projekt n\u00e1m pomohl&nbsp; utvo\u0159it na \u0161kole funguj\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed po\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161ikany. Ve \u0161kole vznikl t\u00fdm pro\u0161kolen\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017eou rychle a systematicky reagovat na rizikov\u00e9 situace ve \u0161kole. Tak\u00e9 ostatn\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9 byli pro\u0161koleni a ch\u00e1pou d\u016fle\u017eitost na\u0161eho jednotn\u00e9ho a systematick\u00e9ho postupu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 pova\u017eujeme za velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou spolupr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;rodi\u010di \u017e\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; V&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1me se zaveden\u00fdm programem dobr\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. D\u00edky n\u011bmu se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b a v\u010das zakro\u010dit v&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kter\u00e9 vykazovalo znaky po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch st\u00e1di\u00ed \u0161ikany. Nav\u00e1zali jsme spolupr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;okresn\u00ed metodi\u010dkou prevence a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me jej\u00ed slu\u017eby k&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci se \u017e\u00e1ky v&nbsp;dan\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;SPOLE\u010cN\u00c9 VZD\u011aL\u00c1V\u00c1N\u00cd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Ve \u0161koln\u00edm<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>roce 2010\/2011 se \u010d\u00e1st pedagogick\u00e9ho sboru z\u00fa\u010dastnila \u0161kolen\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>Minimalizace \u0161ikany<\/strong>&nbsp;v&nbsp;Praze (z\u00e1stupci \u0159editelky \u2013Mgr. J. Petr\u017eelov\u00e1, Mgr. L. K\u0159emen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u0161koln\u00ed metodik prevence \u2013 Mgr. Svoboda )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve \u0161koln\u00edm roce 2011\/2012 se do\u0161kolil tak\u00e9 zbytek pedagogick\u00e9ho sboru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mgr.&nbsp;<strong>Hana Pro\u0161kov\u00e1<\/strong>&nbsp;pracuje na \u0161kole jako \u0161koln\u00ed metodik prevence. Do sou\u010dasn\u00e9 doby se \u00fa\u010dastnila \u0161kolen\u00ed na tato t\u00e9mata:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Prevence ve \u0161kole<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 co d\u011blat kdy\u017e\u2026(Mgr. Hubatka)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>P\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><\/strong>Pedagogov\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed, informuj\u00ed d\u00e1le ostatn\u00ed \u010dleny sboru o dan\u00e9 problematice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mov\u00fdch situac\u00ed ve \u0161kole funguje vz\u00e1jemn\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce a p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed mezi v\u0161emi pedagogy, zejm\u00e9na \u010dleny u\u017e\u0161\u00edho realiza\u010dn\u00edho t\u00fdmu (viz d\u00e1le), t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edm u\u010ditelem a veden\u00edm \u0161koly.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><\/strong><strong>C. VZTAHY S&nbsp;OKOLN\u00cdMI \u0160KOLAMI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Na\u0161e \u0161kola si je v\u011bdoma rizikov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>mimo svoji p\u016fdu, kde m\u016f\u017ee k&nbsp;napaden\u00ed jej\u00edch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f doj\u00edt a je p\u0159ipravena i v&nbsp;takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech zakro\u010dit. Takov\u00fdmi rizikov\u00fdmi oblastmi jsou nap\u0159. zast\u00e1vky autobus\u016f, spole\u010dn\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed akce (sportovn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee, p\u0159edm\u011btov\u00e9 olympi\u00e1dy apod.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Spolupr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;ostatn\u00edmi \u0161kolami zaji\u0161\u0165uje \u0159editel \u0161koly, kter\u00fd se setk\u00e1v\u00e1 s&nbsp;\u0159editeli ostatn\u00edch \u0161kol na pravideln\u00fdch porad\u00e1ch. Dal\u0161\u00ed vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edci nebo jimi ur\u010den\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 si p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed informace o \u017e\u00e1c\u00edch v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159estupu na jinou \u0161kolu. H.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Pro\u0161kovou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u0158editel \u0161koly (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b z\u00e1stupci<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>\u0161koly) kontaktuj\u00ed \u0159editele \u0161koly druh\u00e9ho \u017e\u00e1ka a sd\u011bl\u00ed mu zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 informace o \u0161ikan\u011b. Domluv\u00ed se na dal\u0161\u00edm postupu v&nbsp;\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed t\u00e9to \u0161ikany a na \u010dasov\u00e9m term\u00ednu \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. Mobiln\u00ed telefony \u017e\u00e1ci mus\u00ed vypnout p\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem vyu\u010dovac\u00ed hodiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V odborn\u00fdch u\u010debn\u00e1ch jsou \u017e\u00e1ci sezn\u00e1meni s \u0159\u00e1dem u\u010debny a s bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed pr\u00e1ce (i na internetu). Bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed internetu je za\u0159azeno do u\u010diva informatiky od 5. ro\u010dn\u00edku. V u\u010debn\u00e1ch informatiky jsou n\u011bkter\u00e9 webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky zablokov\u00e1ny na \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00fdch po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u00edch.
